Description:
The National Park Alerce Andino is hanging between mountains, volcanoes and the Pacific Ocean. This wonderful excursion will take us along the coast through the beginning of the Carretera Austral. We will walk for approximately two hours inside the park, surrounded by an exuberant rainforest, including the old Alerce trees (Fitzroya Cupressoide). The transformation during millions of years of these mountains created a landscape full of rivers, waterfalls and lagoons. The wildlife here is very rich, with foxes, rabbits, pumas and many birds as the black woodpecker, the chucao, hued hued and the famous condor. Along the way to the Park we will stop at different viewpoints and at small villages of fishermen.
Tour order may be changed to alleviate congestion.
