TOURS AND RATES

CURRENCY

Tour rates quoted in USD. Rates are subject to change without notice, but not after your booking has been confirmed. Please check for confirmation of prices prior to booking.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT

PatagoniaShorex does require at less 20% deposit of the total amount due as confirmation of your reservation or the total payment. The rest should be paid cash before the tour departure only fo Chile Ports.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION FEES

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies to all the programs and products:

Cancellations must be received by e-mail, this being the only valid cancellation document.
Cancellation of the confirmed booking, 14 days prior to departure date or No show, will result of loss of your booking deposit.
No refunds can be made unless notice of cancellation is given before the closing date. In the event of any excursion being canceled for reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be made. However, should any excursion have to be abandoned through force majeure or difficulties en route, the best possible refund will be arranged according to the circumstances.

We strongly recommend to supply yourself with an insurance at the time of booking, to cover eventual cancellation fees, lost of luggage, medical expenses and others.

DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION

In order to confirm the reservation, we must have received your payment for the services or the deposit of guarantee.

The payments or the deposits have to be done through our system on line or through a warrant of payment sent by mail.

The charges of the credit card will be done after you had confirmed the availability of all the services required.

The confirmation of the reserve requested will be sent through an e-mail

TOUR RATES INCLUDE

Tours as indicated in the requested itinerary, by private car with guide or driver guide (Private tour on request). Private services are bilingual: Spanish/ Portuguese or Spanish/ English or Spanish/Hebrew

TOUR RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

Drinks , entrance fee, optional tours or any other personal expense (unless indicated).

RESERVATIONS

Should be made at least 10 days prior to departure. Late bookings up to 3 days in advance will be accepted on selected tours only, and will be subject to availability.

CONFIRMATIONS

We will do our utmost to reply your inquiry within 24 hours (48 hours during weekend). If you haven't heard from us within this time, we kindly ask you to contact us again. There could be a communication failure.

WEB SITE ACCURACY

The tour's descriptions in the website have been compiled based on the information available at the time of editing it. Changes may occur afterwards beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep the web site as updated as possible.

LIABILITIES

PatagoniaShorex shall not under any circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by any tour participant, which arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight or cruise arrival. PatagoniaShorex shall not under any circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by any tour participant, which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the traveler's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedure, and/or failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries he/she intends to visit. PatagoniaShorex shall not be liable of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or any other inconvenience caused by the service's providers.

MAJOR FORCE

The organizers may decide to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of hostilities, natural disasters, accidents or any other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. PatagoniaShorex shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting there from, upon notice to the tour participants and full refund of any amount paid for the tour or unused portion of the tour, as appropriate.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

We want you to have a great time, but we also want you to be safe. Here at PatagoniaShorex, we only use insured and fully licensed tour operators ( guides and drivers) for our Shore Excursion program and we can guaranty you will be back completely on time to your ship.
