When you reach La Burbuja sector, you will enjoy the panoramic views and will be able to take pictures of the unique view of the summit of the volcanoes Osorno and Calbuco with their snow-covered peaks and of Lake Llanquihue.
After that you will arrive to the Ski center where you will ride the chairlift in order to arrive to the CANOPY departure. The first platform of this canopy adventure is located on the middle of the volcano hill.
The canopy consists of a series of platforms firmly built on the lava fields. These platforms are joined by means of steel cables. You will receive the highest quality equipment such as harnesses used for professional climbing and a short briefing on how to use the equipment. Now you are ready to start this amazing descent traveling from platform to platform using pulleys on horizontal traverse cables.
Expert guides assist you in this exciting journey through the different layers of the Osorno volcano hill and explain what to expect, from the time you leave the ground, until you rappel back down to the lava floor. The tour takes approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete, with a total of 4 platforms.
Because of the spectacular natural resources found here, large areas have been declared National parks in order to preserve the remains of native forests which once covered the greater part of southern Chile
The park is home to extensive native flora of millennial Alerce, Coihue, Lenga, Tepa, Arrayan, Manio, Notro and over 600 other species. The outstanding animal life is represented by Puma, Pudu, Coipos, beaven, fox, forest monkey, and the great Andean Small.
